Learning plans
Masters Education offers various classes, courses, group sessions and individual meetings. However, our main concern is the programs we offer to newcomers.
How do we ensure that these are tailored to the target group? We therefore offer our courses in four categories, which meet the demand of newcomers:
- MASTERS program
- Languages
- Personal development
- Enterpreneurship
MASTERS program
This program is the heart of our institute and it ties in with the well-known STEAM educational concept. The orientation of this concept towards technology, science and art is international and therefore fits well with newcomers who are interested in this.
We have supplemented the concept with, among other things, personal reflection to make it fit even better.

Languages
In recent years, we have taught Dutch in different ways and for different target groups. We mainly focus on newcomers who do not fall into the regular education programs:
- asylum seekers who have been in the Netherlands for a short time and are still in the process
- status holders who want to practice in addition to their course
- undocumented migrants
- anyone who does not have to participate in the integration program.
In addition, we also give Arabic lessons, especially for interested volunteers and also for children with an Arab background.
Personal development
Many newcomers carry all kinds of experiences, which enrich them or which are a burden. It is therefore important not only to focus on the subject of study, but also to pay attention to oneself.
We work on empowerment and pay attention to mental strength in a creative way. We also guide newcomers individually in working on their future.
Enterpreneurship
Although you have an education in your home country and have work experience, it is not always easy to find work that is in line with your interests and education. In that case, you can think about starting your own business.
We support and advise you and we offer you training. We encourage you to include social values in your business operations in addition to a revenue model. With newcomers, we develop a community of social enterprises that work together sustainably, so that you are not alone.
